私は、現在の画像生成AIがもたらす深刻な社会的弊害を鑑み、その廃止を強く主張します。理由は以下の3点に集約されます。
知的財産の侵害：日本のTMI総合法律事務所などの専門家も指摘するように、AIは他者の著作権を侵害した画像を生成するリスクを常にはらんでいます。クリエイターの努力を無断で搾取する技術は、文化の発展を阻害します。
人権と尊厳の破壊：読売新聞等の報道にある通り、性的偽画像（ディープフェイク）によるセクシャルハラスメントが深刻化しています。個人の尊厳を容易に傷つける道具が、誰でも使える状態で放置されている現状は、倫理的に許容できません。
社会の信頼性の喪失：広告等でのAI利用は、実物と乖離したイメージを作り出し、消費者を欺くことにつながります。これは企業や団体のブランドイメージを損なうだけでなく、社会全体の「真実に対する信頼」を根底から崩壊させます。
「効率」や「利便性」のために、人権や信頼を犠牲にすべきではありません。人間中心の誠実な社会を取り戻すため、画像生成AIのあり方を根本から見直すべきです。
English : A Call to Abolish Generative AI: Prioritizing Human Rights and Trust Over Efficiency

I strongly advocate for the abolition (or immediate suspension) of current generative AI technologies due to their severe social consequences. My position is based on the following three pillars:
Infringement of Intellectual Property: As pointed out by experts such as TMI Associates, generative AI carries an inherent risk of copyright infringement. A technology that exploits creators' labor without consent hinders the true development of culture.
Violation of Human Rights and Dignity: Reports from major outlets like The Yomiuri Shimbun highlight the rise of sexual harassment via AI-generated deepfakes. We cannot tolerate a tool that so easily weaponizes human dignity.
Erosion of Social Trust: Using AI in advertising creates images that diverge from reality, misleading consumers. This not only damages corporate credibility but also destroys public trust in what is "real."
We must not sacrifice human rights and integrity for the sake of "convenience." It is time to rethink the existence of generative AI to restore a society built on honesty and human-centric values.
